Store Experience Manager

About

Store experience managers may perform some duties that are comparable to those that store managers perform, but their specific focus is on shaping the experience that customers will have by visiting their store location. Their goal is to make the experience positive and distinct so that they will retain customers by providing a positive shopping experience.

They look for ways to distinguish the in-person shopping experience from the online shopping experience to promote in-person shopping and ensure that customers are provided with services that they wouldn't get if they shopped online.
