Working with insurance companies, real estate firms or legal firms, title searcher search through documents, maps, records of sales, census information and other data to ensure there are no restrictions on a property's use. Once a searcher is satisfied with the outcome of their research, they will recommend to buyer and seller than the transaction can move ahead.
