Title Examiner
About
When it comes to buying or selling a property, a title examiner's role is a crucial part of the process: they research property records to determine whether or not a particular property can be sold.
Working with insurance companies, real estate firms or legal firms, title examiners search through documents, maps, records of sales, census information and other data to ensure there are no restrictions on a property's use. Once an examiner is satisfied with the outcome of their research, they will recommend to buyer and seller than the transaction can move ahead.
